So I opened the plugin source files to see location of the error and it has to do with this line of code ($xml = new SimpleXmlElement($response);). So I did a search for class SimpleXmlElement and couldn't find it anywhere. So I believe the problem is that the class doesn't exist. Anyone know where to find it? After putting my twitter configuration, it brought me back to the Step 4 where i was asked to login to twitter.
