I just noticed something else. Compare the two rubbish sites with http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/. The sites’ designs look a lot like the official Firefox site!

By the way, I ran some WhoIs searches on the domains. Both domains are registered through GoDaddy. The “private registration” service was used, so no names come up.

Not all that many more IE users click ads either. Same with Digg. If nothing else, Digg can allow them to get links from other sites that would click their ads.
