I am using www.browserstart.net - it has access to my contacts, calendar, bookmarks, search and easy links to the major portals.. - and lots of other stuff too.

Google.com/ig, within that I have a lot of content pulled in through feeds to compensate for opening dozens of tabs :).

I can't say I'm quite that organized. I use my "NTugo Webtop" page as my homepage. It has links to email login pages, a quick heads-up of some feeds, etc. It's badly in need of updating though (just doesn't do what I need it to do anymore). I pretty much do this every day:

Load Firefox and Twhirl.
Check email.
Read backlog of tweets.
Read RSS (which includes Digg/Technology subscription).
Write post on Webmaster-Source.
Do other assorted things that vary from day-to-day.

My blog, Todoist, Google Reader and Digg.I read Digg first, then Google Reader. Once I close each of those tabs, I try not to open them again until the next day. It usually works.
