		<description><![CDATA[@Lorelle, Makes sense. I&#039;ve been against Comcast for awhile myself. Their throttling, &quot;unlimited&quot; plans, and now a real cap are all setting a bad trend. They&#039;re no the only ISP to have a cap though; pretty much all of the cable companies have caps, they just don&#039;t tell you what it is.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&#039;m also against any sort of tiered internet (or ISPs messing around with anything). ISPs are supposed to carry the data through their tubes, it&#039;s none of their business what that data is, where it&#039;s coming from, or where it&#039;s going.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Awhile back, I put together a collection of Net Neutrality videos, which are worth a look.
