I do not know if it’s just me or if perhaps everybody else experiencing problems with your website. It appears as though some of the written text on your content are running off the screen. Can somebody else please provide feedback and let me know if this is happening to them too? This could be a issue with my internet browser because I’ve had this happen previously.

Exactly, but the same applies to themes should they open the directory.

Except theme developers, such as WooThemes, can charge money for access to the download for their GPL'd themes. If you want to be in the plugin directory, you have to upload your files to their repository, where everyone can download them.

Matt Mullenweg responded to this in my short interview on the Blog Herald. Basically, they are alread seamlessly integrated. Lacking the promotional page though.
